Recipe Sweet and Sour Tilapia Fish

 Tilapia is a type of freshwater fish consumption.
 This fish was introduced from Africa, specifically eastern Africa, in 1969, and is now a popular fish in freshwater ponds in Indonesia as well as pests in every river and lake in Indonesia. Its scientific name is Oreochromis niloticus, and in English it is known as Nile Tilapia.

- 1 tilapia fish, split into 2 parts then clean
- 2 cloves of shallot, thinly sliced
- 5 green chilies, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- chili sauce, tomato flavor
- 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced
- 5 red chilies, thinly sliced
- soy sauce
- 1 tomato, sliced ​​small
- 6 pieces of cayenne pepper, thinly sliced
- chili sauce, original chili flavor
- salt
- sugar
- flavoring
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolve a little water

How to cook:
1. Marinate the fish with flour and give salt, fry.
2. Saute onions, shallots, garlic, red chilies, cayenne peppers, green chilies, and tomatoes.
3. Pour a little water, add tomato sauce and chili sauce. Give a little soy sauce.
4. Add salt, sugar, and flavoring to taste.
5. Enter cornstarch solution. Serve over fried fish.
